The house was built in 1930's with the classical colonial style yet with very unique floors and windows. It offers plenty of common areas as well as private ones. The space There are two rooms inside the house and one apartment attached to the house on the 2nd floor. 2 more rooms inside the house are being remodeled at the moment. The House has total of 4 bedrooms and one separate apartment with one bedroom in it. The spacious common areas include: kitchen, two bathrooms, dining room, covered patio, covered porch, covered locked parking and more. By no means this is a small house. It is not very refined nor modern but it is original. We want you to have the opportunity to feel and live like the average cuban. Guest access Guests staying in apartment will have independent entrance, bath,kitchen and a super terrace on house's rooftop. Guests staying in rooms inside house will share the common areas as well as the entrance. During your stay We serve daily breakfast by arrangement and offer regular home made meals as well. We know most recommendable places to go to locally and can serve as a guide if desired. Other things to note If you go for the apartment you can enjoy the hot sun on the rooftop and the cool breeze blowing after sunset.
