There are 4 formal bedrooms and a split loft with two additional sleeping areas, and 2 living rooms- one on the main level and another in the lower level. Enjoy access to the Village of Loon rec building with pools, hot tub & more. Lots to do right at the resort, but conveniently located just across the street from Loon Mountain! The space This spacious condo is actually two units that was converted into one larger space. Enter into a mudroom with plenty of storage for gear. There are steps up into the main level with an open concept living/dining area and full kitchen, a queen master bedroom with attached full bath that also opens into the common area. The upper level has a split level loft. There is a bedroom at the top with a twin over full bunk bed, a full day bed on the main landing level, and a double twin room above that. The lower level offers 2 queen bedrooms, a full bath with laundry, and a second living room. Guests will enjoy access to the Village of Loon's private swim club which offers 2 indoor pools, 2 outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, 12 tennis courts, game rooms, saunas, and fitness facilities. There are picnic tables and grills and a play area making this the ideal getaway for families! Please note that the family uses this condo for the winter- most of the closets are locked for storage of personal items, however, there are plenty of dressers. There are a few items in the basement living room that are tucked away (extra lamp etc) that are out of the way. There are some outdoor items that are stored off of the back deck on the basement level that are not available for guest use (kayak, ladder etc) Per HOA, guests cannot use grill as it is on a balcony. We have a fire table that no longer works, but there is some outdoor seating PLEASE NOTE- unfortunately there is no ac, as our mini split needs repair and is set to be replaced Guest access You will have access to the entire condo and will have a pass to the Village Swim Club on site
