WELCOME TO CASA BONITA!! Casa Bonita is the ideal place to stay with friends or family, located within the private residential complex of Verandas, in Santa Tecla. It's the perfect choice if you don't want to be far from the city. Guest access Access is autonomous. Upon your arrival, we'll give you a code so you can get the key to enter the house. Other things to note CASA BONITA RULES 1- No smoking inside the house If you smoke inside the property, a cleaning fee will be charged 2- No pets 3- Please turn off all lights, appliances, air conditioners, and ceiling fans when leaving the property 4- Please keep noise down after 10 pm 5- Take out the trash and place it in the black bin in the garage 6- Parking is for 3 cars, only 2 inside and 1 outside the property 7- Leave the key in the box at the entrance and the card on the table by the TV If the card is taken or lost, a $50 deductible will be charged If the key is taken or lost, a $25 deductible will be charged 8- We're not liable for forgotten items. Please make sure you take your belongings with you when leaving the property
