Our modern, newly built apartment is quietly located in the village in the middle of the Lausitz Lakeland and is less than 400 meters from the Niemtsch swimming beach. There is a well-developed network of bike paths. The bike path around the lake and to Senftenberg leads directly past our apartment. Senftenberg is only 2 km away. The space The apartment is completely renovated and equipped with the latest technology. The spacious living/dining area offers a wonderful view through the panoramic window to the terrace and invites you to a relaxed breakfast. The beautiful living area can accommodate an additional 2 people. There is also the possibility to set up a mobile side bed. The light-flooded kitchen offers generous work surfaces and the latest technology. Cutlery, pots, plates, etc. are available in sufficient quantities. In the bedroom there is a king-size double bed as well as a large sliding door wardrobe with plenty of space for a lot of luggage. The bathroom, with rain shower and bathtub, offers all the comfort you can expect. The apartment is fully equipped with cozy underfloor heating. Bicycles brought along or rented can be stored. The Niemtsch jetty and a restaurant are just around the corner. There is the possibility to barbecue and sit outdoors. The apartment has a parking space where your car can be parked on the premises. Amenities: 1 living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Guest access The apartment consists of the entire first floor of a semi-detached house. You also have access to a bicycle storage room. Other things to note In the house there is fast Internet access which allows the use of a Fire TV/ Smart TV (available in the house). From 2024, in the period from March 15 from March 15 to October 31, the spa fee will be charged to overnight guests in Senftenberg as well as in the districts of Großkoschen with Kleinkoschen and in Niemtsch. The spa fee is €2.00 per person per night. Children under the age of 16 are exempt. When renting to fitters, a deposit of €50 per guest will be collected in cash on site at the time of key handover. If the apartment is left tidy, the deposit will be returned.
