Rustic Alpine hut with breathtaking views

Forget the stress and confusion in this rustic cabin at 1500 meters in the Piedmont mountains. Recharge batteries in the silence that this small village in the Graian Alps can give you. Our cozy cabin sleeps up to 8 people. It is a fantastic starting point for walks, snowshoeing, and mountain biking trails. A cross-country ski trail is available a 10-minute drive away. It is perfect for lovers of walks, nature and animals. The space the property is without fences, you access the house from the ground floor passing through a courtyard for exclusive use. The ground floor consists of two rooms: a kitchen with a large dining table, wood stove and stone pantry/cellar (called croutin) and a living room with access to the bathroom (with washing machine and shower). In the living room there is a pellet stove and a ventilated wood-burning fireplace. The living room leads to the rooms on the upper floor. The upper floor is divided into two non-communicating parts: a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and direct access to the Bathroom with small tub. This room can also be accessed from a stone terrace from the outside. The other part of the upper floor is very large and divided in turn into two bedrooms, communicating with each other by a sliding door and with independent entrances. The main bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) and the other bedroom has a raised French niche bed (120 cm) and a bunk bed. Both rooms overlook a covered wooden balcony that overlooks the valley through two large French doors. There is an outdoor room with foosball available for guests. Guest access Guests can access the entire property while respecting the neighborhood Other things to note It is possible to access the cabin directly by car only if you have a 4x4 vehicle and good off-road driving skills. We recommend guests leave their car on the main road and walk to the hut (about a 5-minute walk - 150 meters). It is not recommended for people with limited mobility due to the access and the presence of stairs inside the cabin. Rivotti is a natural and uncontaminated place.
