For all your professional needs, you have access to fast WiFi, multiple workspaces (including a separate office space), & access to a washer/dryer with a steam iron & ironing board. With our contemporary kitchen, we provide you with the basics for cooking such as cookware, plateware, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, & induction stovetop, cooking utensils & a large kitchen pantry. While we don't provide any tupperware, aluminum foil, or a blender, our proximity to the local stores & restaurants make it easy to still enjoy your stay. With our living & dining area, we provide a simple but chic setting to decompress & relax. No matter how long you're in town for, we provide the amenities you need to help you get settled in. This space offers everything necessary for a wonderful stay during your time in San Antonio. Guest access Guests are able to self check-in using a smartlock. The entry codes are sent to the guests the day of check-in once the rental agreement is signed. Easy Check-In Process :house_with_garden: It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
