Located 3 minutes from Walnut River Brewing & a half dozen or more locally owned fantastic restaurants. 8 min to El Dorado Lake, 10 minutes to El Dorado Refinery or Butler College. My unique Roaring River Whiskey Lodge makes for a wonderful quiet evening, laundry on site, and a coffee drinker's front porch w/ gazebo & beer drinker's covered back deck with chiminea fire pit. Plenty of great parking space! This is a QUEEN bed room, with shared bathroom/living/kitchen/dining/front-back porch areas with the host and possibly another renter. Plenty of space to accommodate. I will be on site, but typically out of site and keep to myself. Quaint, mostly quite, older neighborhood w/ lots of shade available. Easy in and out, plenty of parking space.
