Holiday house in the heart of Great Massingham

An open plan 1 bedroom house with space for up to 2 guests and a dog. Only a minute walk from the award winning pub - The Dabbling Duck. You are spoilt for choice with a pub, village café, and farm shop on your doorstep as well as walks along the Peddars Way or Heath, and only a 20min drive to the coast - we really can offer everything you need for a relaxing weekend away! Open the double doors and start your day with a coffee overlooking the pond.. what better way to start your day! The space A modern but cosy feel to the house, with an open plan living and dining area downstairs, comfy sofa with large TV, utility facilities and loo. A light, airy feel to the house with double doors opening up to a view of the village pond and a small patio area with table for 2. Upstairs, take a seat on the mezzanine area and read the paper to relax and unwind. 1 bedroom featuring a king-size bed, TV and en-suite, recently redecorated. Downstairs features a large kitchen table, ideal if a workspace is required too.. although we hope you do not have to work too hard! WIFI and smart TV where guests can log into their own Netflix, Iplayer accounts etc. Suitable for a dog, however we ask that dogs do not go upstairs or on the soft furnishings, thank you. Guest access Guests can access all but one room of the house - this room is situated to the right side of the house on the ground level and quite separate to the rest of the house so will go unnoticed. Guest parking is available on the road side only, a dropped pavement stretched in front of the house and anywhere between the black railings is acceptable - please do not block driveways either side of the house, thank you. Other things to note We allow dogs at The Old Methodist Chapel, but ask that they do not go upstairs and you do not allow them on any soft furnishings, thank you. A hose is situated outside to wash off any muddy paws and dog towels provided in the basket. Please clear up any dog waste on the property and around the village, dog bins are situated around the village pond, thank you.
