Please Note : The society entrance is located at the back off the main Verem-Nerul road before Larry's Car and Bike Rental. Please make sure to connect with our team prior to arrival so we can ensure a smooth check-in process. -This is a self check in apartment, keys are required to be collected from building staff upon arrival. Luggage and check in assistance will not be provided. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - Pool timings are 9 am to 9 pm. No eating/drinking/smoking near the pool area. - Food/grocery deliveries will have to be collected from the community gate and will not be delivered to the doorstep as per community rules. - The apartment has an inverter backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow loud music in the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 3 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request. -Keys need to be collected from the security.
