Casa da Avó consists of three rooms – one bedroom with double bed and balcony for the outside, one bedroom with double bed and one sofa bed for children, one bedroom with two single beds –  one common bathroom and one laundry room with washing machine, on the upper floor. On the lower floor, in open space, is the kitchen, a full bathroom and the living room, with a sofa that is convertible into a double bed. Casa da Avó also has a fireplace in the living room, perfectly functional, for the comfort of winter days and nights.
