Casa da Avó maintains its original stone walls and wooden floors, creaking with every step, over two hundred years old, preserved and in perfect condition, combined with modern amenities and comforts, such as air conditioning in all rooms, double aluminum frames, which allow thermal and acoustic insulation of the space, comfortable, updated bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. Casa da Avó consists of three bedrooms – one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony to the outside, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for children, one bedroom with two single beds –  a common bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine, on the upper floor. On the lower floor, in an open space, there is the kitchen, a full bathroom and the living room, with a sofa that is convertible into a double bed. Casa da Avó also has a fireplace in the living room, perfectly functional, for the comfort of winter days and nights.
