We have two king beds and two twins (that can be adjoined if necessary). Fine white 100% cotton linens, fully stocked kitchen with all-clad cookware and a finished outdoor dining/bbq/sitting area under the pergola—next to a giant Higuera Blanca tree. We have an outdoor shower up top as well. House golf cart available for discounted rent with parking/plug-in inside the property. Sayulita’s only tennis court. Guest access All common spaces (tennis court, pool, pool deck, pool bathroom/outdoor shower, gardens) are open to residents and renters only. Other things to note The neighborhood is very safe and the beach and ocean down from Monterosa is clean. Tide can be strong and waves can be big but it's rock free and safe for good swimmers.
