Secluded house with heated pool completed in 2023. Pool open June to August. Situated at the end of a quiet dirt road as far out in the Stockholm archipelago as you can get by car, a 50 minute drive from the city centre. The house sits on a cliff which brings you close to the tree canopees. High-end standard throughout. 5-15 minutes walk to three different spots for swimming in the sea. A short drive to stores and seaside restaurants. Close to ferry to explore nearby islands. The space The main house has 1 bedroom (160 cm double bed), bathroom (incl. washer and dryer), fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and fireplace. The guest house has 2 bedrooms (140 cm double bed + single bunk beds) with a shared bathroom. Separate entrances to each bedroom. Guest access You have access to the whole space. Other things to note The property is off-grid with a private water well and sewage system.
