The space Spacious Private Upstairs 400 Sq Bedroom and Private bathroom with balcony located on the second floor of a 2 story 4200sq ft house. 2 closets. Locked off from the main house for privacy. There is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron & board, blow dryer,Hulu/ using Roku and comfortable queen size bed for a cozy stay upstairs. Non Smokers only please Guests have access to the backyard with several sitting areas and swimming pool for your enjoyment(Being solar we cannot control the pool temperature) . I have two small dogs that do not have access inside the room. The dogs are in the backyard but I can bring them in the house when guests use the backyard. Enjoy a wonderful getaway!
