Eco home with water views inc kayak and SUP

Our home, set in its own lush gardens, overlooks a beautiful tidal creek. With south facing seating areas, as well as shady spots beneath our mature chestnut and gum trees, it is perfect for an afternoon with a good book, soaking up the rays or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down. The highly insulated house has a constant internal temperature and generates its own electricity from the array of solar panels on the roof. Mylor Bridge is a 10 minute walk and the yacht harbour 20 minutes.
