You will be charmed by its exposed stone walls, original crown moulding, high ceilings, herringbone parquet flooring, and private patio. Ideally located just 30 seconds walking from the iconic Place des Chartrons, you have tasty French gastronomic restaurants, chic cocktail bars, and quaint coffee shops at your fingertips. The space -As you enter the building, you will find a large stone staircase and the traditional Grand Harlequin black and white tile flooring that is typical to noble entryways. To the right is the doorway into the flat. -Once inside, you have a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle and coffee press. -The bottom window panels are glazed for your privacy.
