In addition to being spacious, it is a single-story, well-ventilated house with spaces accessible to children and the elderly, providing mobility and ease and making it a great option for fun and rest. We have a balcony, barbecue grill, garage for 4 cars; backyard; light area; three (3) bedrooms with air conditioning, two of them en-suites; social bathroom, kitchen, dining room and entrance hall.
