The space New England style cottage featuring a spacious raised deck with glass balustrades, stylish outdoor dining, and a modern lounge area, or unwind on the private upper balcony. Ideal for couples or small families, the home is nestled in a peaceful green setting just minutes from the river with a pretty brook at the bottom of the garden. On entry to the lower floor you will find a small modern fully equipped kitchen with dining table and large patio doors which can be fully opened to the outdoor dining facilities. Upstairs, you will find an open plan living/sleeping area with two large single beds together, plus an easily convertible double sofa bed. There is a TV with Netflix, etc but you may prefer the long reaching countryside views from the private upstairs balcony which can be accessed from double patio doors. Upstairs there is also a small modern shower room with wc. Guest access Guests are provided with a code to open the driveway gate where there is ample space to park with a charger also available. A pedestrian gate leads the decking where the annex is accessed from, so that guests can come and go privately as they please. Other things to note The annex is close to the main house, however we have set things up to maintain our guest’s privacy. Guests are welcome to use our large garden leading down to a beautiful brook which is often the host for herons and swans.
