Guest access All of our spaces feature secured entry using personal, random codes that ensure peace-of-mind while you enjoy South Beach's attractions. Before your arrival a message will be sent with instructions for checking in, which will include your code and specific unit number. Other things to note PET POLICY: We accept all dog breeds, with no weight limit. There is a one-time fee of $50. MID_STAY CLEAN: Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee of $60 per cleaning. Virtual Check-in Process: During the virtual check-in process, a refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected from your provided payment method. Additionally, we securely collect and verify government-issued IDs, email addresses, and phone numbers to ensure a smooth and secure check-in process. Deposits, if unused, will be returned within 7-days after check-out. No Onsite Front Desk: Please note that our hotel operates without a traditional onsite front desk.
