Master bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with a twin bed. A full hook up RV pad is also available for an extra $45 fee! Tehama County TOT Permit #P-00041 The space This unit is located on a 3.3 acre lot surrounded by oak trees. Once inside you will see a newly renovated modular unit. There is 2 bedrooms (Queen and Twin) and a full bathroom. There is also a self inflating Queen size air mattress available for more flexible sleeping options! Full size kitchen. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon approval and payment of $20 pet fee! We kindly ask that pets not get on beds or furniture.
