*Entrance by car or boat* Located in San Lucas Tolimán, Lake Atitlán. You'll love the place because of the atmosphere, views, and location. My place is good for families and groups who want to go to rest in a place surrounded by beautiful gardens, with access to the lake and in a private, safe and luxurious condominium. The space The house is cozy, cool and perfect for relaxing and having a good time with friends or family. Guest access The lake is about a 5-minute walk from the house. We have a private beach, space to lower boats and wave runners, a heliport, 5 docks and a variety of green areas. Other things to note Guest information is required to transfer them to the guardhouse. Pet fee is $20 per stay per pet. Additional services are paid to the guard in cash (firewood for campfire, cleaning service during stay, etc).
