Enjoy your stay in our completely renovated and energetically refurbished house on the Riviera of Lake Lucerne. You will be staying in a lovingly furnished apartment on the ground floor with its own large terrace and fantastic lake view in the middle of the countryside. Its sunsets are spectacular. Our large, densely overgrown garden with palm trees and deciduous trees stretches downhill in front of your seat. Our private residential street is a cul-de-sac and a 30 km/h zone. The space Vitznau is nestled on the Lucerne Riviera between the south side of the Rigi (1798 m high) and Lake Lucerne. Due to the mild climate, palm trees and banana trees grow next to grapes. The quiet settlement of Unterwilen is located on the lake and has 2 fine gravel beaches, each about 5 and 10 minutes' walking distance, along the lake you will find a footpath and bike path, there are numerous other swimming spots The water is crystal clear and has a water temperature of up to 26 degrees in summer, and you can also expect pleasant bathing temperatures in May and September, depending on the weather. In our newly renovated and energetically renovated Minergiehaus there is a lovingly furnished apartment with large terrace and spectacular lake view in the middle of the countryside. The furnishings are high-quality and well-maintained, on the terrace comfortable chairs invite you to sit around a small dining table and 2 deck chairs invite you to stay outdoors. In the kitchen, a dishwasher takes care of the dishes, and in the laundry room, you can of course use our washing machine free of charge if you need to. All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens, so no mosquito will disturb your restful sleep😊. You will need to walk up some steps from your private parking in front of the house through the garden to get to their apartment. In exceptional cases, you could meet our friendly dog boatman - the namesake of the house. Switzerland is a hiking paradise - enjoy the indescribable view when visiting our local mountain Rigi. The region offers many leisure and wellness offers. There are various water sports facilities, you can rent stand-up paddle boards and canoes in the village, water skiing or wakeboarding. Restaurants from the simple pickle to the restaurant with Michelin star are 15 - 20 min walk. In Vitznau and Weggis you will find Bergbahnen on the Rigi and can enjoy a ride over Lake Lucerne on an old cyclist. There is also plenty to do in winter.
