Enjoy your stay in our completely newly renovated and energetically renovated house on the Riviera of Lake Lucerne. You will live in our lovingly furnished apartment on the ground floor with its own large terrace and fantastic lake view in the middle of the countryside. Its sunsets are spectacular. In front of your seat, our large, densely overgrown garden with palm trees and deciduous trees stretches downhill. Our private neighborhood street is a dead end and 30 km/h zone The space Vitznau is located on the Lucerne Riviera nestled between the south side of the Rigi (1798 m high) and Lake Lucerne. Due to the mild climate, palm trees and banana trees grow here alongside grapes. The quiet settlement of Unterwilen is located on the lake. From our house to the water you walk 350 m downhill, the road is relatively steep. There are 2 fine pebble beaches with sunbathing lawns, each about 5 and 10 minutes' walk away. Along the lake there is a footpath and bike path, here there are numerous other bathing spots The water is crystal clear and has a water temperature of up to 26 degrees in the summer, even in May and September you can expect pleasant bathing temperatures depending on the weather. In our newly renovated and energetically renovated Minergie house is our lovingly furnished apartment with a large terrace and spectacular lake view in the middle of the countryside. The furnishings are of high quality and well maintained, on the terrace comfortable chairs invite you to sit around a small dining table and 2 deck chairs invite you to stay outdoors. In the kitchen, a dishwasher takes care of the dishes, in the laundry room you can of course use our washing machine and our dryer free of charge if necessary. All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens, so no mosquito will disturb your restful sleep😊. You will need to walk up some steps from your private parking in front of the house through the garden to get to their apartment. We also live on site. Switzerland is a hiking paradise - enjoy the indescribable view when visiting our local mountain Rigi. The region offers many leisure and wellness activities. There are various water sports, you can rent stand-up paddleboards and canoes in the village, water ski or wakeboard. Restaurants from the simple tavern to the Michelin-starred restaurant can be reached on foot in 15 - 20 minutes. In Vitznau and Weggis, you will find mountain railways to the Rigi and can enjoy a ride on an old paddle steamer on Lake Lucerne. There is also a lot to do in winter.
