Welcome to the Cozy Cottage in historical downtown BG — a peaceful, private getaway in a very convenient location. The highlight is the dream patio sunroom, complete with a gorgeous swing bed and lush green views out front. Come rest and enjoy all the comforts of this unique space, just a short walk from Main Street. 5-minute walk to downtown shops and the Ball Ground Botanical Gardens 10-minute walk to Calvin Farmer Park 15-minute walk to the Wheeler House 17-minute drive to Gibbs Gardens The space This cute single story tiny home is perched beneath our giant tree and overlooks the greenery at the back of our property. Upon entering you will see the full kitchenette, super comfy murphy bed, TV, the door to our full bath on the left, and the door to the dream porch directly in front of you. In this studio room, you can enjoy delicious take-home meals from the walkable dining on main street while resting on the lush queen bed and watching a flick. Go through the second door to find yourself in the dream patio sun room and enjoy the lava rock fire table while sitting on the queen size bed swing listening to birds chirp or the rain pitter pattering on the metal roof! Guests will have a dedicated lane to park up to two vehicles. Guests can also schedule to gain access to the pottery garage studio in the detached garage on the property. Guests can also feel free to use the firepit and greenspace in the backyard. Guest access The entire cozy home is yours to enjoy! You will have your own dedicated parking line for up to two cars. You can also feel free to access the shared fire pit and backyard green space. If you would like to do laundry, you have full access to our washer and dryer in our garage space. The code to the garage will be posted in the Cozy Cottage. Other things to note If you are bringing a large vehicle or camper, we have you covered! One portion of our driveway is 55' long! The driveway is shared with us, and our other two airbnb studios on the property (one is in our detached garage studio, and the other is on the 1st floor of our main building.) Each studio has their own dedicated parking lane in the driveway -enough to accomodate two vehicles - and their own private entrance and private key code. Washer and dryer are available in the first floor of our detached garage building next to the Cozy Cottage. A code will be made available to access it. A grill is available off the back porch. Use of the grill will include a $15 gas and cleaning fee.
