Welcome to our 570 sf Tiny Home Studio in Downtown Ball Ground! This unique space has all you need to enjoy Ball Ground. The studio has a lush queen murphy bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and TV in addition to a DREAM patio sunroom complete with a gorgeous bed swing. Come rest and enjoy all the comforts of a unique space within walkable distance to the happenings of main street downtown Ball Ground. The space This cute single story tiny home is perched beneath our giant tree and overlooks the greenery at the back of our property. Upon entering you will see the full kitchenette, super comfy murphy bed, TV, and the door to our lovely full bath. Here you can enjoy delicious take-home meals from the walkable dining on main street while resting on the lush queen bed and watching a flick. Go through the second door to find yourself in the dream patio sun room and enjoy the lava rock fire table while sitting on the queen size bed swing listening to birds chirp or the rain pitter pattering on the metal roof! Guests will have a dedicated lane to park up to two vehicles. Guests can also schedule to gain access to the pottery garage studio in the detached garage on the property. Guests can also feel free to use the firepit and greenspace in the backyard. Guest access The entire cozy home is yours to enjoy! You will have your own dedicated parking line for up to two cars. You can also feel free to access the shared fire pit and backyard green space as well as schedule to gain access to the shared pottery garage studio. Other things to note If you are bringing a large vehicle or camper, we have you covered! One portion of our driveway is 55' long! The driveway is shared with us, and our other two airbnb studios on the property (one is in our detached garage studio, and the other is on the 1st floor of our main building.) Each studio has their own dedicated parking lane in the driveway -enough to accomodate two vehicles - and their own private entrance and private key code.
