The space The duplex is in a very quiet private development with a swimming pool, gardens, and a closed community garage. The house is accessed by a staircase on the first floor. On this first floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, and microwave. There is also a living room with a comfortable 1.40cm Italian-opening sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a table with chairs. This room leads to a closed glazed terrace (with sliding windows). There is a bedroom with a 1.50 m bed with a full en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with two 90 cm beds, both with built-in closets. There is another full bathroom with a shower and bidet. The living room and master bedroom have air conditioning. From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper part, where there is a room with a 1.50-meter sofa bed and a large 60-square-meter sun terrace. This brand new space is equipped with a large awning, native plants, terrace furniture with tables and chairs, and two sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. The development is well maintained and safe. The green areas and the pool will delight any family with children. Guest access The community has a swimming pool, showers, and toilets within the private access area, garden areas with palm trees, and a private community garage. All guests have access to these areas. Other things to note Ideal for travelers, couples or families with children looking for peace, calm and tranquility. A vehicle is required to access all the beautiful areas of beaches, coves, villages and points of interest in the surroundings. The neighborhood is nice and respectful.
