The location of the house is 5 minutes on foot to Aşağıeğlence, 10 minutes by minibus to Anteres, 5 minutes on foot to bus stops, 15 minutes by bus to the metro, 20-30 minutes by bus to centers such as Sıhhıye/Kızılay. There is a 1.5 km walking path from Aşağıeğlence to Anterese. Although the neighborhood is a quiet place due to its elderly population, it is a center with Aşağıeğlence cafes and shopping opportunities, and people prefer to spend time in this area especially at night during the summer. The space When you enter the house through the outer door, the door on the right in the corridor is my room, there is a cloakroom and a shoe rack at the entrance. There is a separate small corridor on the left of the corridor, where there is my roommate's room and two sinks, one of which is a squat toilet and the other is a Western toilet. We have a washing machine in the western-style bathroom and that bathroom is used for showering. We also have a pantry and a first aid kit in the same hallway. Right across the entrance hall is the kitchen and a balcony in the kitchen. Our ironing board is also openly available in this corridor. After my room, the second door to the left of this corridor leads to another small corridor. There's a guest room in this corridor. There are 2 comfortable sofa beds that can be used as beds in the room, a 4-drawer nightstand where guests can place their clothes, and a TV where they can easily watch something on the internet or broadcast. There is a desktop computer and a photocopier in the hallway in front of the room that guests can use. The electronic piano in the same corridor is available for guests to use. Next to the guest room, there is a living room that we use as a laundry room. Since my roommate and I work on weekdays, the house is completely at the disposal of the guest during the day. Due to my schedule, I can only be home in the evenings for 7 days, but my roommate may prefer to stay home on weekends because they are free on weekends.
