Welcome to this cozy and peaceful vacation home. This new build is situated on a large lot (0.5 acres) with lots of space for kids to run around. Enjoy your days soaking up the sun in an oversized heated pool year round. There is pool access from main living area as well as the master bedroom. Bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, and a bunk bed Pack 'n play available for your convenience in the master closet. Bathrooms: Bath, hand and face towels provided in the linen closet in the second bathroom. Toiletries Beach towels are located by the dining room in a basket. Kitchen: Plates, cups and cutlery Cookware and bakeware Utensils Small appliances (waffle press, nutribullet, hand mixer) Coffee machine and tea kettle Children's dinnerware Laundry room: Detergent pods and dryer sheets are provided. Guests can use provided detergent or buy their own free and clear detergent. Patio: Propane grill (propane is NOT supplied by owner - please purchase your own if you intend to use the grill. Guests shall dispose of any leftovers and clean the grill after use, prior to departure.)
