You have a big 800 square feet of Living Room space, great views from the 9' x 10' windows, 5 ceiling fans, Stylish furnishing and glass French doors . 2 bedrooms with queens beds, 1 with a full private bathroom, other with a toilet. Hallway is large too. Central AC and Heat. 650 square feet more Garage big enough for 2 mid size cars and 1 or 2 a quads. Patio with a fire pit. Can sleep 10-12 but set up for 4 at the moment. Guest access You have access to all areas downstairs inside and out, Patio, Front and back yards. about 2000 square feet of space between the living room and kitchen area 800+ Sq. Ft. and the 2 bedrooms with 1 and half bath and large hallway. 600 +/- Sq. Ft. and garage for two midsize cars and one or two quads 400+ Sq. Ft. There is also a shower in the garage with cold water supply, just to be used to rinse your feet after coming from the beach. Although the place is set up with beds to accommodate 4 people, you can bring your own air beds or mats as an other 6 to 10 people would be able to sleep between the Hallway ad living room.
