On the outside you can enjoy a private terrace with an exterior dinning room and 2 comfortable chairs to relax and enjoy the view of the garden. The space Location is awesome because the property is on the Avenida Costera inside the town and just across the street from the Cenote de la Bruja. Everything is walking or biking distance. The property is close to Bacalar main square (15 min walk thru Avenida Costera) and just 3 min walk from the closest lagoon access, but is in a quiet area so you will be able to rest. The suite is fully equipped so you can have a very comfortable stay. The garden is very nice and with a lot of shade. It has palms, banana, mamey, and guanábana trees that you can enjoy from the private terrace outside the suite which includes an exterior dinning room. Guest access The suite is really fully equipped and new. The room has 2 full beds, air conditioning and blackout blinds. The kitchen includes a 7ft fridge, an electric infrared stove, bread toaster, coffee maker (including coffee, sugar and tea), a 20 liters bottle of drinking water (5.3 galons) and a water heater jar. The bathroom includes a hot water shower. The suite has a private terrace with an exterior dinning room with view to the garden and the Avenida Costera.
