Non-touristic: quiet cozy room with good WiFi

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space Dear guests! It is not an hotel or a typical flat-for-rent, but our home where we live. So we try to create a comfortable ambient for us and everyone. All the travelers are welcome, but I think my place can be an ideal place for digital nomads, or any people who work online or coming to Valencia for studies. First of all, the internet in our flat is is just perfect. Than, the space is quiet. The bedroom window has an acoustic insulation, so you don’t hear the street. It also has the blackout roller blind that protects both from the light and the summer heat. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide an individual room fan in summer, and an individual room heater in winter. We ask the guests to keep quiet and respectful ambient in the apartment, avoid loud music and other noise, etc. It’s a place to work, study and relax. Please read carefully the rules of the house for more details. As you can notice on some photos, the flat has a touch of retro, as we both (me and my husband) love old stuff, flea markets, etc. I also love plants and flowers, and, as you can see on other photos, I try to make a little garden in my terrace. You are welcome to enjoy it. Guest access Common zones: you can use kitchen (with all the necessary stuff for cooking or having meal) , bathroom, living room and the terrace. During your stay I will be happy to answer all your questions about my area or Valencia city, provide you all the information that you can need. Please feel free to ask me.
