The independent garden room includes a washbasin and adjacent private dry toilet. The shower and standard bathroom facilities are located in the villa. Access to shared areas: bright lounge. Games room. Fitness room. Fully equipped kitchen. Use of the kitchen is possible with an additional charge. Heated swimming pool and covered jacuzzi from April to October. Champagne tastings, estate visits and massages available by appointment (extra charge). Guest access Guests have access to their private room as well as to the shared areas: living room, terrace, garden, barbecue area, games room, and fitness room. An outdoor area with a swing for children is also available. Access to the heated swimming pool and the covered jacuzzi is included from April to October, with respect for the property and other guests. Use of the kitchen is possible upon request, with an additional fee. Champagne tastings, estate visits, wellness treatments, and massages are available by appointment, with an additional fee. Other things to note The house is a peaceful and welcoming place, ideal for relaxation. We kindly ask guests to respect the tranquility of the property and other travelers. Breakfast is available upon request, with an additional fee (€16 per person). Guests may also choose to use the kitchen, available with an additional fee (€25 per day). The heated swimming pool and the jacuzzi are accessible from April to October and are shared with other guests, with respect for everyone. Wellness treatments, massages, Champagne tastings, and estate visits are available by appointment, with an additional fee. Children are welcome and remain under the responsibility of their accompanying adults, especially in outdoor areas and around the swimming pool.
