Tyrolean cottage with lovingly renovated apartment. Beautiful view over the Gurgltal into the mountains. Quiet and unspoiled location right on the edge of the field. Private, open outdoor fireplace for romantic evenings. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf, etc. in approx. 15 min., ski resorts in about 25 min. by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house. The space The newly renovated apartment consists of a large living/dining area with an integrated kitchen and a beautiful three-sided wood-burning stove. The sleeping area with a king-size bed is slightly offset. A modern, spacious bathroom offers a large walk-in shower (90 x 130) with hand and large head shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The sofa overlooking the mountains becomes an additional, full-fledged bed with a flexible slatted frame and a continuous, high-quality mattress (150 x 200) at night, if necessary. Guest access The penultimate house of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the village. You can park your car in the yard free of charge by arrangement. You have your own balcony overlooking the Gurgltal valley in the mountains to Imst. The large terrace with sun loungers, dining table and another fireplace is also available to you and may be shared with the guests of the next house. The sandbox is accessible to all guest children. Other things to note When arriving, please note: if you have passed our hidden entrance too quickly, please DO NOT use the neighbor's yard to turn around, but please drive back to our entrance. Please note that the tourist tax is required by the tourism authority and must be paid in cash on site (€ 3.00/night/person from 16 years of age) There is deliberately no TV in the apartment so as not to disturb the idyllic tranquility. Free Wi-Fi is available. In addition to the French press coffee pot, there is also a Senseo coffee pad machine and an espresso maker.
