The house is in a quiet, off-campus student housing area, about a 15–20 minute walk to Pitt, CMU, and several UPMC hospitals. The space This private room features its own bathroom, a 40-inch TV, and a dedicated workspace. It is located on the second floor of a two-story house built in 2007 and renovated in 2021. Two other Airbnb guest rooms are also on this floor, sharing a separate full bathroom. The house has hardwood floors throughout, with carpet on the stairs. Shared common areas on the first floor include a living room, dining room, kitchen, deck, and half bathroom. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the shared first-floor spaces, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom, porch, and deck, as well as the laundry area in the basement. The Warhol Room is on the second floor. Entry is through the front door with keypad self-check-in, and your access code will be sent before check-in. During your stay The house is exclusively for Airbnb guests. We are available through the Airbnb app if you need anything during your stay, while still giving guests space and privacy.
