Just ask and we will try to help out. Other things to note PARKING — The Phenix No parking at the building. Do not use the lot behind us — you will be towed. Free options on non-event nights: • Hammond Street lot across the street (behind Umami) • Lower canal side of Pickering Square Parking Garage (100 Broad Street, 2–3 min walk) — free overnight about 5pm–7am in “Permit Only 8–5” spots. For free parking, do not go through the ticket gate. • Street parking nearby is free 5pm–8am Monday–Friday and all day on weekends. • If it snows, you can park in the covered areas for free across the street at Hammond Street lot (behind Umami) or lower canal side of Pickering Square Parking Garage (not the ticketed gate area). Overnight street parking can be towed when the city plows. Paid parking: Pickering Square Garage is usually about $6/day on normal nights. Closed Sundays — you cannot enter or exit. That $6 rate is for normal nights only. Concerts and events: Garage rates can jump to about $30–$60 and require an online event ticket purchased ahead of time (Waterfront Concerts website / Ticketmaster). Not sold at the garage — do not ask the office. Your stay does not include garage parking on those nights.
