Next to the park, there is a golf course, a horse stable, and a lot more in the region in driving distance The space Our spacious 4-bedroom bungalow is situated in a holiday park in the Charente. The 60 m2 living room with a 5m40 high ceiling has a large kitchen adjoining it. It is fully equipped with known branded, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, electric kettle, electric hob, and extractor hood. On cold days you can light the fire in the big fireplace, or simply turn on the electric radiators. In the dining area, you will find a large table suitable for 8 people. The living area has two big sofas and 2 chairs. The 4 bedrooms are 20m2 and all have 2 beds, of 2m10 length. In one room you will find a cot for your baby. There are 2 bathrooms and an extra, separate, toilet. Outdoors you can sit on the big open terrace in spring and autumn to enjoy the sun. If you prefer the shade there is a second covered terrace, with a big table where you can have your meals at every time of the day and read or play games in the light of the lamps during the evening. For your laundry we provide a washing machine and dryer. But with nice weather why not hang it in the garden on the line? In the laundry room, you will also find an extra refrigerator with a freezer as well. We have a garage and a carport to park your cars. The garden is 3000m2.
