First House: Comfort & Spaciousness for 8-10 Guests. As you step into the first house, you're greeted by a charming space that accommodates 8 to 10 guests across four double rooms. These include two rooms with double beds and two rooms with twin single beds, making it ideal for families with kids or mixed groups. The house also features a cozy double sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. The main living area of this house combines a warm living-dining space with a separate fully-equipped kitchen that has all the modern conveniences: - Nespresso coffee machine - Dishwasher - Ceramic hob - Refrigerator with a large freezer Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full gourmet meal, the kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. Other things to note FEES On the day of arrival the tourist tax will be collected in cash in euros = €1.20 per adult per night. Children under 16 years of age are excluded from this rate. ADDITIONAL FEATURES We offer early check-in and late check-out service whenever the calendar allows and upon request for an extra cost of €75 each service. *Early check-in will be at 11 AM and late check-out will be at 6:00 PM. *We have baby cots for an extra cost of €25 per cot and stay. *Pets are allowed for an extra cost of €25 per pet and stay. *We offer a change of sheets and towels service for an extra cost of €210. *We collaborate with the local restaurant which can offer catering service under reservation.Price uner request. * If you wish to rent an umbrella, it's under request and a deposit of 80€ will be requested, which will be returned on the day of your departure.
