Charming wooden villa with generous spaces

Welcome to stay in our family-friendly house with a large garden and close to everything. You have grocery stores, playgrounds, pizzeria, beach/swimming area, walking paths, soccer fields and outdoor gym within walking distance. By car, you can reach Jönköping in 12 minutes. The space Welcome to stay in our cozy villa from 1930. The house has two floors where the entrance floor has generous common areas in the form of a living room, hall and large kitchen. Upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms, a large bathroom, office space and balcony. The laundry room is in the basement. Please note that there is an additional cost to use the washing machine and/or dryer. This needs to be communicated before your arrival. The garden is large and lush and offers privacy from neighbors and a variety of fruits and berries in summer. Guest access As a guest, you rent the entire home and have access to all areas, except for the basement, unless otherwise communicated due to the need for a washing machine and/or dryer.
