This stylish place to stay is perfect for central Leeds takes about 30 minutes on bus, or 15 minutes by car or taxi. Private gardens and own private room with comfortable sofa bed. The amenities are dishwasher washing machine dryer and bath and shower and shower products. This area is ideal for Roundhay park, Chapel Allerton or Leeds city centre. Also 20 minutes drive into Wetherby. Great for access to motorways A and B roads too. Local shops and take aways in walking distance. The space I pride myself on my home I have white plantain shutters on all my windows, nicely decorated throughout, all clean and tidy, I have cctv, outside and secure gardens, this is a none smoking house. I provide bottled water, ear plugs, shower cap, tissues etc and a luxury mattress on the sofabed. Mattress and pillow proctors are included. Clean towels in guest room and dressing gowns. Sliders will be offered as no shoes allowed upstairs. There is also a tv in guest room. Guest access I am home as this is my house where I welcome all guests, you are free to use the lounge, kitchen and bath and shower. I also have a key safe for guests out late. Code will be provided if needs be. During your stay I will text if you make a reservation to make you feel welcome and help with directions should you require. Other things to note I have a super friendly cat who loves to meet new people, the bedroom has everything you will need storage beautiful comfy sofa bed with luxury mattress recently purchased from DFS a TV, lamps, smoke detector, carbon dioxide detector and echo dot which are for your use while staying I have clean towels too. The toilet system has been broken twice by guests OVER flushing the system when there is NO water inside so the entire mechanism has snapped completely. If this should happen during your stay YOU will be charged for parts and labour from the plumber. I also kindly ask you to keep showers short to about 5/10 minutes as I am on a water meter. I am trying to keep prices competitive in the Airb&b market. While offering a safe warm home environment to help you have comfortable stay.
