The couch in the living room pulls out in case an extra bed is needed, and it is honestly very comfortable. The living room flows into the dining area, and then into the kitchen. The kitchen features bar top seating for 6, and has high end Cafe appliances and quartzite countertops. Appliances include a full size fridge and freezer, ice maker, 6 stove top burner, oven, dishwasher, additional mini fridge, coffee station, and more! No expense was spared creating the ultimate hang out space for vacationers. The living room connects through to the outdoor patio and pool deck via gorgeous and modern cantina doors. We may have gone a little overboard on our outdoor space--San Diego is a four seasons town, and we wanted our guests to have an absolutely mind blowing outdoor area! The saltwater pool and jacuzzi were recently built (2023) and feature hydrazzo finish plaster that doesn't cut up your feet. The pool area is fully enclosed with pool deck and turf! Come lounge in the built in custom fireplace seating area, and watch your family or friends play CrossNet (4 way pool volleyball) or pool football, or throw splash bombs! There are 4 good-sized bedrooms in the house, each with its own personality but all are equally comfortable! 3 bedrooms feature King sized beds (2 of which have private bathrooms), and 1 bedroom features Queen bunks. The home is stocked incredibly well; we have a minimum of two bed sets (per bed), numerous bath and beach towels for the pool and jacuzzi, as well as hand and makeup towels. The kitchen is stocked with with dining sets, kitchen tools, flatware, and basic spices and oils. We provide soap, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. The house has a full beach day set, with 4 adult snorkel sets, 4 children's snorkel sets, 4 boogie boards, beach umbrella, large beach towels, sandbox tools, beach cooler, football, frisbees, and more! We don’t want you to have to bring anything but clothes and food, so you can pack minimally and let us handle the rest. The home has a handful of stairs to enter the home and enter the entertainment spaces, however the kitchen, living area, outdoor patio, bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are all on the same floor. The pool is located in the front yard to capture sunlight all day long while maintaining good privacy. Excessive outdoor noise is strictly enforced after 10pm.
