Large house near downtown Merida, very spacious spaces, WIFI, large pool, bar area, parking for 2 cars, air conditioning in the rooms, very close to hotel area and Paseo Montejo. The house IS not RENTED FOR PARTIES or people outside guests. The space We are on 62nd Street which is the one that enters the center, trucks that arrive there pass and 2 streets away is the street that leaves the center, the area is very safe, close to restaurants, bars,museums and squares. We also have some alternative therapies. acupuncture, massage, chiropractic, reiki, neural therapy, energy therapies and some others. Guest access WIFI, Pool, patio. terrace , kitchenette, refrigerator, electric grill. has parking for 2 cars. Smarts TV with Netflix. Kitchen accessories. During your stay There will always be someone in the house to help you with whatever you need. Other things to note I live on the ground floor of the house with my partner. The apartment is on the top floor, has direct access to the street, you have to climb stairs. There are 2 dogs and a cat, but there will be no interaction with them, they live inside the part of the house we inhabit. Everything is very independent.
