And what do you think? The space Experience Vienna in a beautiful 90m² apartment with more than 3 meters room height, French herringbone parquet and balcony. You will find two well-equipped and very spacious bedrooms with queen size beds (160cm). Premium quality down blankets and cushions let you sleep restful. There are cuddly soft towels for each guest. Thanks to the modern underfloor heating, there is always a pleasant and warm atmosphere in the cold season. It stays cool in the summer. Fans are available. The apartment has a top security class front door. One of the two bedrooms offers a very spacious, walk-in closet. Both bedrooms are south facing, very bright and friendly. You look out on a quiet one-way street with no street noise. The bathroom is well equipped with Italian designer tiles and Danish premium fixtures. The shower is extra spacious and offers a pleasant shower feeling. Shampoo, shower gel and soap are available for you in organic quality. The large kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, oven, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, kettle etc) and very modern. A Nespresso machine can be found there, as well as coffee pods and a range of tea. A filter coffee machine is available as well as a bialetti. For our little guests, the Parrot Suite offers many useful things that usually can't be accommodated in luggage. Crib, 2 high chairs, toddler chair, plates, cups and children's cutlery, a changing mat, a baby bath, blankets, potties, toys, lots of books, duplexes and much more. A modern lighting system creates a pleasant atmosphere. A signal is sufficient, and all the lights in the apartment go out. So you don't have to search for all the switches when you leave. Likewise, a push of a button is enough to return to an atmospheric apartment after a day of sightseeing. From the living room you can access the terrace/balcony. A pleasant wooden floor, a bean bag, poufs and flowering plants in the spring and summer create a relaxing place outdoors. Our guests appreciate the balcony very much. Smoking is possible here. Parrot Suite Schönbrunn is equipped with a powerful Wi-Fi. A Netflix account is available to our guests as well as a small library with magazines and numerous works of Austrian writers, but also international and English-language works. If you appreciate art and design, the Parrot Suite Schönbrunn is the right place for you. Everywhere you will encounter artwork (also by Viennese artists) and high-quality designer furniture. Like the city of Vienna, the apartment combines tradition and modernity. We are a real, officially approved AirBnB that is privately run. We have all the necessary permits of the City of Vienna. On site, we have to collect the local tax (2.7% of the nightly rate) and pass it on to the city of Vienna. We are legally obliged to do so. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire apartment and of course use it exclusively - so they don't have to share the apartment. Other things to note The Parrot Suite Schönbrunn is accessible from Vienna Airport (approx. 60 min.), the central train station (approx. 20 min) or via the west entrance by car. The Parrot Suite Schönbrunn is particularly convenient in terms of traffic. In a few steps you are at the bus stop in Sechshauserstraße. Bus line 57a takes you to the "Haus des Meeres," Mariahilferstraße or the Ring (Burggarten, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Naturhistorisches Museum, Hofburg, Nationalbibliothek, Hofreitschule, Albertina etc.) in 10 minutes. In about a 4-minute walk you are at the "Meidling Hauptstraße" subway station (U4 subway line). There is also a large parking garage where you can park cheaply on a daily basis. With the U4 you have the best connection to the center, be it to Karlsplatz (State Opera, Kärntnerstraße, St. Stephen's Cathedral etc.) to the city park or to Schwedenplatz. Supermarkets are within walking distance. With the Vio Plaza, a large center with many shopping opportunities and culinary offers opened in February 2024 (4-minute walk). Right next to the apartment there is a very well-known and popular vegetarian restaurant in Vienna ("Die Hollerei") and also other places where you can end the evening (e.g. "Das Eduard", the "Quell"). If you like to have breakfast in the morning, you will find the very good organic traditional bakery "Schrott," the "Eduard" or the hip breakfast restaurant "Gota" in the Äußere Mariahilferstraße within a 10-minute walk in Anschützgasse. The city of Vienna levies a tourist tax (local tax) of 2.7% of the overnight price for all guests. This local tax must be collected by the hosts. The local tax must be paid in cash on site.
