Welcome to my apartment located near BHV, between Hotel de Ville and Saint Paul, in the heart of the Marais. The surrounding streets are almost pedestrianized, and you will be just minutes from the Seine, so you can enjoy the quays and cross Paris by boat. Please note, there is no elevator and it is located on the 5th floor, but there is a beautiful balcony and the view of the rooftops is beautiful! The space The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an old building without elevator, it consists of an entrance, a bright living room open to the balcony and the rooftops of Paris. One bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and separate toilet. It can accommodate 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room. Guest access The apartment is for rent in its entirety Other things to note I provide towels and sheets, and there is plenty of hot water. You will normally have the minimum in the cupboards but if you use them please replace them (toilet paper etc.) Registration details 7510408610310
