A special place for you who enjoy waking up early and watching the sunrise on the beach, surfing and walking The space We are a few steps (100 meters) from the Campeche beach located on the south of the island. Yes! And no more than 3 minutes walking. In a residential, safe and simple neighborhood. Our street is of land, made up of native houses, fishermen, surfers, homes for tourism or people who came to Florianópolis in search of quality of life. Our villa is in a tropical climate region, on the coast of Santa Catarina in southern Brazil. It is cozy, airy and well-equipped for a family or couples in up to 4 people or group of friends (usually we receive 2 or 3 people on long stays, over 28 days). We have linen and pillows (bed linen, bath towels and face for use in the house). We suggest bringing beach towels. We leave a beach chair, cooler and a sun umbrellas available at the property, free of charge, as a courtesy for use during the stay (we have no treadmill). The access to the house is by the social gate (which will also give access to another house), next to a garage (linked to another accommodation). Climbing the staircase through this gate (according to photos in the advertisement), enters through the kitchen space. The kitchen is complete with furniture and utensils, communicating with the dining table space. With grey porcelain tile floor inside the house (the second bedroom is wooden floor). With a solar panel installation project, we have achieved more improvements and comfort. The two bedrooms have Smart TV and air-conditioning hot and cold. And for those who prefer open windows, we have anti-mosquito screen in all windows. The laundry area is in the residential area, with a tank and washing machines with free access. We also have dryer (use charged separately R$30.00 reais per cycle). For cleaning during the stay, check rates and availability. It is a residential, that is, on the ground there are other houses, which we also rent for season and where we live with family and our dear dog Locky, very docile and friendly. Across the street, (possible to see a little bit of the house window) we have a square with a sand block, with the incredible sunset! Vale with the tour mainly in autumn/winter! For those who enjoy walking on the beach, it is quiet to walk on the sand to the Mirante Morro das Pedras and also the main entrance to the beach of Campeche (which is located at the end of Avenida Pequeno Príncipe). We are also surrounded by good open and well-lit squares for walking, running, playing sports during the day or night. In fact, the square in front has a beautiful sunset, especially on autumn and winter days. For family, couples, friends...
