Cosy Albert Town Retreat

Welcome to Albert Town! Wānaka's more mellow neighbour where you can relax or use as your staging post for your Central Otago adventure holiday! We're Josh & Lucy, local residents who travel often and we are happy to make our home available for you to stay in while we are away *NO CLEANING FEE 7 mins drive to Wānaka central, 10 minute walk along a picturesque track to the Upper Clutha River, 10 min walk to the must-have Pembroke Patisserie (for the best custard squares you've ever tasted)! The space Our sunny home has views of Mount Maude & the Grandview Range that you can enjoy from inside the cozy kitchen and living area, or from the outdoor seating area. We have a full kitchen (minus a microwave) for you to use, and a comfy couch for relaxing in-between your adventures out and about around Wānaka. We have a Queen Ecosa memory foam mattress in the bedroom. If you’ve never slept on one before, it’s quite different to a regular mattress! It is firm but super comfy and amazingly good for your back, but may feel a bit different on the first night. Feel free to have a look at the Ecosa website if you’re curious. 100% cotton bed linens and towels provided :) The house is our home where we live, so there will be personal items around the place and in some of the cupboards. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen pantry will be cleared out for you to use exclusively for your stay. If you are bring a fury friend with you they are very welcome but please note that the property is not fully fenced, so you will need to supervise them outside or we can provide a long lead for you to use.
