The housing offers access to the owner's pool with beautiful sea view. This rental has a secure entrance to the property with remote control provided. The accommodation consists of: - a bedroom (new bedding Epeda 140x190) with wardrobe - a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet - A living room with sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, sound system, - Smart TV and Netflix access included - A kitchen open to living room - A private covered terrace, - Free high speed WIFI connection - Access to the laundry room with washer / dryer - Weekly cleaning option extra. We provide : - Linen (towels, sheets and kitchen towels) - For babies: cot, high chair, beach games, - Plancha, parasols, hammock, beach chairs, The studio is located 5 minutes walk from the city center and shops (supermarket, bakeries, tobacco-press, pharmacy, doctors, post office ...), in a residential area popular with the Avirons for its calm and charm. The town of Avirons is located in the south-west of the island 20 minutes from Saint-Pierre, 7 minutes from the Tamarins road, 10 minutes from the beaches of Etang-Salé and St-Leu, and 25 minutes from the lagoons of Saline and the Hermitage. No pets allowed. A friendly cat leaves here (Coconut). Possibility to come and pick you up at the Etang-Salé-les-Bains bus stop (Avenue de l'Océan) on your arrival on the island (direct journey from Roland-Garros airport by T line Cars Yellow). Only tenants named in the contract are allowed on the property. A reasonable number of guests may visit the property for a short, fixed period only with prior owner's permission. Only owners and tenants may use the swimming pool area.
