Book now and make unforgettable memories! The space The property is a private house. The living room with kitchen and all three bedrooms have air conditioning. The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a full-size bed and a private full bathroom. There are two sofas—one downstairs and one upstairs—that convert into beds, allowing the house to accommodate up to 8 people. There is also a ground-floor terrace with chairs and tables, as well as a second-floor terrace with an ocean view. The garden terrace includes tables, chairs, fans, and a utility sink. There’s a half bathroom outside for guests and a shower by the pool, along with a small palapa and lounge chairs. We also provide some beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a cooler that you can take to the beach (please return them free of sand). Access to the beach is through a back door that has a key and lock (you don't have to go around the street). There is also a small grocery store behind the house where you can buy ice, beer, etc. Guest access Guest Access & Important Information Guests will typically be welcomed in person to receive instructions and useful information about the property. This allows us to ensure a smooth check-in and answer any immediate questions. Please note that only the individuals listed in the reservation as guests are allowed to enter and use the property. For safety, privacy, and compliance with Airbnb policies, unregistered visitors are not permitted on the premises without prior approval. There are 2 exterior dining areas in the house.
