My House is Your House (Beachfront)

A large one bedroom Condo with private terrace, on beautiful Los Muertos beach. Spectacular sunsets can be viewed from the private terrace, pool deck or beach. The pool is ideally situated right above the beach. The Condo is located directly behind the beach and close to 3 popular Beach Clubs and a 5 minute walk to the heart of the Romantica Zone, where you will find excellent restaurants, galleries, banks, bars and much more which makes this a most dynamic neighbourhood. Bienvenido The space The Condo has a large pool with ocean view ( it feels like an infinity pool) with loungers, tables and umbrellas. The Beach Club (Ritmos or " The Green Chairs") is directly in front of the Condo and beverage/food service to the Condo pool is available. Guest access Guests access the building on the 8th floor (the same floor as the condo 802) and their is Concierge Service from 8am until midnight and Security from midnight until 8am. An elevator will take guests down to the beach level and a beach access door is available here. The beach is literally seconds from the Condo. Other things to note Two adjacent hotels have rooftop bars which, at times, can play music late into the evenings (11pm). This is entertaining for some but can be a nuisance to others.
