Enjoy this private oasis, convenient to both the Mount Desert Island and breathtaking Schoodic Peninsula sections of Acadia National Park. Nestled in a woodland setting, and just a short walk to the shoreline. Your vacation retreat is on the second floor, with access through an indoor stairwell from the lower parking area, or via a level wooden walkway on the upper level. There are no other tenants in the building. The first floor is used for storage by the owners. The space The house is surrounded by woods on three sides, and set back from the road, offering a peaceful and private visit. The neighborhood is residential and rural in character. Wonderful trails nearby take you through the forest to the salt water shore. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and baths, hallways, attached second floor decks and balconies, as well as the stairwell and office space on the first floor. Other locked areas on both floors are used for storage by the owners.
