The house is a charming and carefully renovated Skåne farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 lounge area with streaming TV, kitchen from 2022 & 1 bathroom. A total of 6 beds. The accommodation is perfect as a base when you want to explore the Bjäre Peninsula. Torekov & Båstad are about 20 minutes away by car. The space The accommodation is a completely private 2-storey house with room for 6 people. More beds in an additional bedroom in the yard with a large double bed are available by agreement if desired. The accommodation can then accommodate 8 people. In the residential house, there are 2 bedrooms downstairs as well as kitchen/dining area, living room and bathroom. Exit to the balcony from the kitchen/dining area and from one of the bedrooms. On the upper floor, which is reached by stairs (not elevator), there is the 3rd bedroom as well as a lounge area with sofas and streaming TV. At the back, there is the large balcony of about 200 sqm with an 8x4m large saltwater pool. Sun loungers are available. Outdoor furniture for dining area is available under a large pergola next to the house. Large charcoal grill from Weber is available. The house is located on a large plot of land with a total of 3 buildings, one of which is a residential building. The pool area is surrounded by a horse pasture and partially shielded from view. At the front of the house there is a large garden with some cultivation/flowers for those who are interested in it. Fruit trees, raspberry bushes, strawberries, etc. are available depending on the season. The accommodation has been carefully renovated to maintain its character. The kitchen was newly renovated in 2022 and has a countertop in calacatta viola marble and an induction stove from Bora. Fridge/freezer and handleless oven from Miele. Dining area for 6+ people is available with frame chairs from Tom Dixon. The bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen and there is a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Drying racks, outdoor laundry line, ironing board and iron as well as yoga mats are available. All bedrooms have comfortable beds from Viking, all with mattress covers.
