On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a small terrace ideal for enjoying a coffee, a dining area with access to a terrace, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace, sofa, and TV. Upstairs, both bedrooms have access to a small terrace, while the suite features two terraces. The two bathrooms complete this floor for optimal comfort. The house is fully air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant stay in any season. Several parking spaces are available in front of the house, although they are not private.
