This lovely place sits in a quiet cul-de-sac + 2 car driveway parking only. The space Sleeping with beauty is here to provide you with relaxation at its pinnacle Guaranteed to leave you feeling beautiful We’re providing a beautiful 3bd 3bth with all up to date accommodations and necessities We’ve devoted ourselves to personalizing and customizing each room to insure the most fabulous stay possible We provide our guest free Laundry detergent, and drying sheets to use. As well as Netflix, Hulu, Disney, HBO Max, and ESPN provided in each room to maximize the best experience possible on your visit Master bed room comes with jacuzzi tub and each room has its own unique passcode for entry! Guest access We provide guest with personalized keys and door codes for each room. Guest will be provided with access to all three bedrooms. We also have DEALS on ONE or TWO bedroom rentals inquire if needed. This is for guest that still would like our Sleeping With Beauty experience, but at much more affordable prices. Even with our one to two room rental you still have full access to kitchen, living room, back yard and also BBQ grill. Also If you use the grill, you need to clean the grill after use “IF NOT THERE WILL BE A $50 GRILL CLEANING FEE” added! What’s also accessible is WI-FI, Disney, Hulu, ESPN, HBO max, and Netflix. Other things to note Please provide us with any special recommendations or request prior to your visit via Airbnb app. All recommendations will require a $250 refundable deposit. Special services may include any SMALL gatherings such as (birthday, graduation, bachelor/ette or private couple ambiences). We provide services such as private masseuse, private chefs request for more information if needed. With the additional services these fees ARE NOT included with the fees associated with your Airbnb rental charges. The extra fees included with the requested services must be paid two days prior to your visit. All special recommendations must be authorized and approved by host! If the authorities are called due to violence, destruction of property, noise complaints, drugs, or any type of violation due to your accommodation during your stay. Your $250 refundable deposit will become nonrefundable! Also, please remember any type of additional cleaning, Damages, or Smoking will result in fees that will be deducted/added to or from your deposit that could become NONREFUNDABLE with extra fees to pay out! If parties are thrown without host approval and authorities are called, there will be a $400 additional charge associated with violation. Also, guests will be in violation of Airbnb contract and will be removed from property immediately by the authorities.
