Kick back and relax in this quiet stylish space. Enjoy the soft sea breezes and lush gardens from the balcony. Inside, take in all the views and feel the cool ocean air while relaxing in the "tree house" living room or out on the decks. Open a bottle of wine or make a cup of coffee and sit back and relax in our newly refreshed two story home. Kitchen, living, dining room are on the second floor with a wrap around balcony for entertaining, or enjoy the first floor enclosed patio gardens. The space This spacious two-bedroom, one and half bathroom home spans two stories and offers a cozy and well-maintained environment. Step inside, on first level you have two bedrooms and the primary bathroom with a wall-in shower and a double sink vanity. RESERVATION is for 2 guests, additional 2 guests allowed for additional charge. A plush king-size Sealy bed awaits in the primary bedroom, adorned with supple cotton sheets and fluffy down comforter. A 32-inch smart TV allows you to stream your favorite shows from bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and soft cotton sheets and fluffy down comforter. You’ll also find a small desk in case you need a place to work quietly. As you make your way upstairs you’ll see a quaint half bath on your left and will be greeted by an inviting open floor plan, lofty vaulted ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. The central gas-burning fireplace immediately catches your eye, with a LG 60 inch smart TV above it. All this is complemented by a wall of windows that showcases a forest like view. It's the perfect place to unwind while indulging in a glass of local wine from one of many wineries the area has to offer. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find an open dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers ample counter space, a gas range, garbage disposal, dish washer, reverse osmosis water system, full size refrigerator with water and ice in the door and a garden window that fills the room with morning light. Two deck areas Up and down, for taking in the gardens and all enclosed for your comfort, and dogs safety. Guest access You will have access to the house. Other things to note OUTDOOR AREA The beautiful deck is the perfect spot to cook steaks on the gas grill and enjoy your glass of wine. Then serve up alfresco meals at the outdoor bistro table or just curl up on the inviting outdoor fire pit sofa. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a paved driveway with parking for two cars. You will have access to the entire house by way of keyless entry. We are dog friendly, just let us know in advance that you are bringing your pet. Maximum one dog per stay with a $100 dog fee per stay. LOCATION Coastal Retreat is located on the West side of Highway 1, about a mile from both the East or West Village of Cambria, and about a mile from the ocean. Make the short drive to beautiful Moonstone Beach or up to Big Sur. Also, it's an easy drive with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean to Paso Robles for wine tasting at numerous wineries. If you like to hike, there are many parks and trails nearby, these are just a few: Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, Lampton Cliffs Park, Shamel Park, Strawberry Canyon. Other sites of interest include Moonstone Beach, Elephant Seal Vista Point, Piedras Blancas Lighthouse, Ragged Point, the entrance to Big Sur, and Hearst Castle. All within close distance. Many antique shops and garden shops in town as well.
